Magana Flowers is a very well managed organization and has employed suitably qualified, well trained, skilled and experienced personnel. The management team believes in achieving the company s mission and values through proper planning and execution. The managers are team players and a conscious effort is made on a continuous basis to keep all the departmental heads informed about new developments and challenges within the company and industry at large. The departmental heads are required to perform and lead by example through good communication especially to their subordinates. Training is a priority across the board and to achieve our targets/desired goals our managers are trained to be polite yet firm .
